CrestAid Foundation is a Nigerian based non-governmental institution that is focused on helping communities achieve quality life through our various initiatives and projects. Our projects range from strengthening communities through access to education, women empowerment, energy security, quality health and youth development.

Education For All:

Sub-Sahara Africa had always been flared with massive illiteracy with a major percentage of population lacking access to finance for education. In a recent research, out of 61million children, Sub-Sahara African children accounted for approximately 31million.

Awareness for environmental stewardship:

We partner with governments and communities to raise awareness of the need for sustainable communities through exposing them to climate friendly alternatives in our everyday choices.

Women’s Micro Finance Initiatives:

Empowering women across Nigeria to Improve their lives with business trainings, support groups and small business loans through our lending platform.

LIGHTNING UP OFF GRID COMMUNITIES

Through our “Energy Rise Project” CrestAid partners with communities and SMEs, especially in rural regions or where there is epileptic access to grid connected power to provide free or affordable energy options for improved livelihood and job creation. One in five of the 180 million people lack access to reliable energy, limiting their Socio-Economic opportunities. Access to clean affordable and sustainable energy is a human right issues and should be considered as every nation’s priority.

We ultimately aim to achieve sustainable development and positive social transformations based on respect for human rights and the need for equity.
